I have practiced business and corporate law for over 16 years. I bring to my practice a broad knowledge of legal and business issues and a keen attention to detail, but I also bring a uniquely creative element.  I enjoy finding inventive solutions to legal and business issues facing my clients.

My practice involves a number of business-related fields: business formation and organization, sales and acquisitions, real estate – development and management, copyright and trademark registration, and other general business and corporate matters. I represents a wide range of business clients from small start-up organizations to large manufacturing and service companies.
