Biography
I represent businesses and business owners in litigation, employment, and transactional matters. I assist my clients concerning business formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, intellectual property protection, contract preparation and negotiation, and dispute resolution.
I have worked as a trial attorney for the majority of my career. I have handled all aspects of high-risk litigation cases. I have also served in-house in the corporate law department of one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. With this experience I am able to help resolve my client’s most difficult legal problems. I am able to advise my clients on how to avoid having such problems in the first place.
