I had this guy as an attorney for around 4-5 years for the duration of my custody battle. Yesterday he tells me to compile a list of violations my sons mom committed and we’d get something going. I send this information to him, he tells me he’s too busy to continue on my case. He still owes me a reta...iner because he collected my $1000 that’s for sure. Then failed to represent because he said he couldn’t handle all the arguing…… some lawyer. I have his own emails I am willing to prove it. Be very wary of this guy. Also called the police because I came to his office respectfully requesting every document regarding my case, an itemized breakdown of expenses and where my retainer allegedly went, and also a receipt from when my sons mother paid reimbursement 4 years ago but he failed to give me until approximately one week ago. This guy is terrible in the end of things. Never thought I’d see the day where a lawyer doesn’t want to argue for his clients.
