Hindering the prosecution

Client was charged with two felony counts of hindering the prosecution. The client maintained their innocence throughout and the police conduct was not on par with how they should have conducted thems ... elves. Despite the bad police conduct the state refused to back down so we took the matter to trial. After the trial, this client was found Not Guilty on both counts by the jury.
