Client was separated from spouse but spouse had essentially abandoned client and a minor child. No one was able to locate the spouse and we proceeded to take action int he divorce and custody proceedi ... ngs by seeking a default divorce. The spouse then made limited contact with the court before disappearing again. Ultimately able to secure notice of the spouse through publication and entered a decree and sole custody plan by default.

This particular probate was in litigation from 2001 to present. Very complex with multiple parties attempting to intervene our claiming a stake in the estate. Successfully blocked two separate attemp ... ts to contest the Will and have it invalidated, and one attempt to disqualify the named personal representative, as well as several fraudulent deed transfers.
