Estate Planning for a Couple with a Special Needs Minor Child

We were able to assist a couple looking for Estate Planning. Their goal was to create a lasting legacy and care plan for their son with special needs. We set up their Wills and created a Special Needs ... Trust to support their son's long-term care and financial well-being. We also included Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Guardianship to protect him if they became incapacitated and could not care for him. It was a pleasure helping this couple achieve their Estate Planning Goals. This plan gave them peace of mind, knowing their son would be protected and cared for if anything happened to them.
