Client retained after case had been set for trial, but ju ... st prior to trial. Our office was ultimately successful at finding affirmative defenses that the client was otherwise unaware of and prevailing on getting the action dismissed against our client. The statute of limitations for the Plaintiff has now passed and our client will not be legally obligated to pay this debt again ever!
