Client was subjected to an illegal search. During the search police discovered marijuana. Client was charged with Loitering and Prowling, as well as Possession of Marijuana. A Motion to Suppress was fi ... led in an effort to get the evidence which was acquired as a result of the illegal search thrown out. After arguing the motion at a suppression hearing the judge granted my motion. As a result, the State had no evidence to pursue the charges and the charges were dropped.
