I am a lifelong resident of Delaware County, Indiana. My father was an attorney, and I attended school in Perry Township at Center School. Upon graduation from high school I attended Indiana University where I obtained my bachelor's degree in Government. I then went on to law school and obtained my law degree. After being admitted to practice law in 1971, I joined my father in law practice. I have served as a Deputy Prosecutor, have served 2 years on the Muncie City Council, and 13 years as a member of the Muncie Indiana Transit System Board of Directors.

Mr. Smith did an excellent job. My mother passed away and did not have a will , Mr. Smith was very efficient and careful gathering all the info needed to transfer her real estate to me which was a little complicated but he made it easy. The whole process approx. A wk. Thank you Smith law office !
