Dont hesitate to hire this attorney. he was recommended to us by a friend and at first we were hesitant because he looked so young in his picture--we didn't think he looked old enough to have enough experience to handle our case and all its complexities. We called and left a message on his voicemail ...and received a call back within 10 minutes--on a FRIDAY at 6:00 p.m. Turns out he is not as young as he looks and has a lot of experience including that of deputy prosecutor which turned out to be very helpful in my husband's third DUI case in five years. Mr. Davis challenged the reason for the traffic stop (license plate light bulb was out) and the case was dismissed. This saved my husband's job, our marriage and was a huge turning point in our life. This is a little odd but I am writing this review as technically a non-client. I encountered Mr. Davis when I called his office and requested him to handle my bankruptcy. He explained to me, during a 20 minute conversation, that I should not file bankruptcy but instead try to use a consumer credit ...counseling agency because of the low amount of my credit card debt and because the only debts that I could discharge in a bankruptcy were those same credit cards. He recommended a credit counseling agency which I enrolled with and 30 months later I was debt free. I did call his office recently and left a voicemail message thanking him for his high degree of integrity and for pointing me in the appropriate direction considering my circumstances. I feel like most bankruptcy attorneys would have just taken my money, made their profits, and filed my bankruptcy. Because of Mr. Davis' higher level of care and concern I definitely made the right choice for my situation--free of charge. I am hopeful that this review will help bring Mr. Davis the business and success that he deserves.

Mr. Davis got my case dismissed. He originally indicated that he thought he had legal grounds to get the case thrown out but made clear that he could not promise any particular outcome. a few hearings later and the state dismissed the case. i did realize when i hired him that he was busy, probably... due to his success and positive attitude, and so i was understanding when it took him a few days to return my calls.
