Medicaid Planning

I have successfully helped many families by figuring out how to pay for long term care. Medicaid planning is available for individuals who are currently in a long term care facility or will be admitted ... in the near future or need assistance in the home. I help families figure out how to meet the Medicaid eligibility requirements. I am often required to help them move assets or spend money on eligible items. My job is to help families protect assets, while still ensuring that their loved one is cared for in the best possible situation for them. I assist my clients with the entire Medicaid application process and take on dealing with the county department of job and family services.
