OUTCOME: Will Admitted, Independent Executor Appointed, Letters Testamentary Issued.

Through a 9 page bench brief, in-court arguments, and proficient examination of witnesses, I persuaded the court to admit a form will, signed in another state, when all subscribing witnesses were dead ... or missing, with potential deficiencies to the self-proven affidavit admitted into probate. I demonstrated the will was sufficiently attested, and all available witnesses were competent and credible.
