Contested Petition to Probate Will

My client's brother filed a Will for probate signed by their mother claiming it was her "last" Will. The Will named him as a beneficiary and alternate personal representative. After becoming aware o ... f her brother's petition, my client informed me that (1) her mother had signed a later Will; (2) she was the personal representative named in her mother's later Will; (3) she had given her brother a copy of her mother's later Will; (4) her brother was not a beneficiary in the later Will; and (5) her mother died with minimal assets that were not subject to probate.
