Born in Indiana and raised in South Dakota, I have lived in various locations throughout the United States, including Iowa, Nebraska, and Florida. I am a father of 4, an Estate attorney for over 40 years, a Sunday School Teacher, and history extraordinaire. I spend my spare time listening to radio shows, spending time with my wife Lori, and dog Winnie. I enjoy traveling to various locations to educate the public on Estate Planning, Syngenta Litigation, and Agriculture Risk Coverage County Program (ARC-CO). I am passionate about helping those in need with their Family, Elder Care, Business, and Farm Planning.

All of this discipline was the result of that single event. The Carroll County Prosecutor refused to settle and insisted on a trial in 2007 in order to bring about the discipline listed in 2008.
