Single man passed away in Central Ohio with no family in the state. No will located when the administration of the estate was initiated so estate was opened and I was appointed Administrator. Eventua ... lly a will was located and I served as Co-fiduciary with out of state family member. Real Estate had to be sold and household goods sold.
