Audit conducted by County Board of Tax Assessors uncovered $28,000,000.00 in taxable personal property that Corporation did not report, resulting in back taxes, penalties and interest of $496,363.00 ow ... ed to DeKalb County. Corporation appealed assessment to Superior Court. Mr. Hamilton represented the County. The Superior Court granted summary judgment in favor of the County. Corporation appealed that judgment to the Georgia Court of Appeals.
