Client came to Parton & Associates, PLLC with three pending lawsuits by a Corporate Plaintiff alleging fraudulent transfer of assets seeking over 1 million dollars in damages and the seizure of Client' ... s current business holdings. After Parton & Associates, PLLC filed Motions to Dismiss based on improper jurisdiction and technical readings of the Fraudulent Transfer Statute, Corporate Plaintiff Voluntarily Dismissed all three pending cases the day before the Motions were to be heard in court and received nothing from our Client.
OUTCOME: Plaintiff took a Voluntary Dismissal of all claims against Client and Client's respective corporate entities in open court while Parton & Associates' Motion to Dismiss for Res Judicata was being heard by the court.
Corporate Plaintiff brought suit against Client and Client's corporate entities seeking to have a satisfaction of security instrument cancelled for a property that Client had previously sold. The Corp ... orate Plaintiff brought this action after receiving a monetary default judgment against Client in a different county within the state. The monetary default judgment surrounded the same transactions and occurrences that were at issue in Client's litigation that Parton & Associates was retained to assist Client.

Client was one of many family members that were left real property by their parents. However, Client was not included in an action to sell the real property via court ordered sale.
OUTCOME: Parton & Associates, without filing a complaint, forced the company and its subcontractor to pay for all building damage, including all material costs, pro-active mold removal, and lost profits for days the Medical Business was forced to be closed.
A Medical Business hired a company to remodel and build additional exam rooms for business expansion. Improper planning and installation resulted in a flood damaging the business’s building structure, ... leaving mold and rendering the building unfit to conduct business. Further, the Medical Business signed an ill-advised release so that the company would complete the construction quickly allowing them to resume business.
