A police department was seeking to charge my client with a sexual assault charge. My client was innocent of these charges. Upon gathering all relevant evidence to prove my client's innocence, presentin ... g the same to the Clerk Magistrate, and oral argument, the Clerk Magistrate ruled in favor of my client and did not issue a criminal complaint. This resulted in these extremely serious charges never issuing or showing on my client's record, and saved my client from having to face protracted litigation and a trial in this matter.
