July of this year I retained Brock Dawson as my attorney. I was seeking visitation of my twelve year old daughter. After many weeks we finally go to court in October. Prior to the court date we met and he showed me cases and facts for backing up my petition, I also furnished him with personal evidenc...e to present to the judge. It first started when he sent out for subpoenas to my Witnesses with the incorrect date it took him over a week to send out new subpoenas with the correct date which was 5 days away. During the hearing he never presented the cases and facts that he had showed me prior to the hearing also he didn't present all the evidence that I had presented to him I asked him how come and he said we took up too much of the Court's time needless to say I lost my hearing to my ex who had no representation I know don't get to see my daughter at all I would not recommend Brock and any Family Matter case at all please do not hire him if you was seeking Family Matter in court
