An individual was accused of a DUI with Methamphetamine allegedly involved. However, the state could not prove its case, or properly subpoena its witnesses within the speedy trial deadline, so the case ... was dismissed. About a year later, the State then decided to refile the same case. However, we promptly filed a motion citing Prosecutorial Misconduct due to multiple instances of mismanagement. The day before we were set to hear that motion in front of the court, the State dismissed the case again - only days later after refiling. Two dismissals later, my client was a free man.

Client was accused of Criminal Trespass 1st Degree. He was facing up to 364 days in jail and a $5,000 fine. The State did not call one of the main witnesses at trial due to sloppy police and prosecutor ... ial investigation. In closing arguments, we argued a jury simply could not be convinced beyond a reasonable doubt without hearing from a major witness. The jury agreed. Not Guilty.

My client was falsely accused of theft, so we took the case to trial. During cross-examination at trial, a Walmart security employee - the prosecution's only witness - eventually conceeded that she had ... not fully looked at the reciept to the transaction - which showed my client actually overpaid Walmart. The prosecutor dismissed the case after cross examination.

Because the prosecutor was not willing to dismiss th ... e case, we proceeded to a jury trial. After cross-examining the witnesses, and extracting several contradictory statements, I argued that there simply was not enough evidence to convict my client. The jury agreed. Not guilty on both counts.
