I represent my clients in planning for matters important to the elderly, including preparation of custom taylored last will and testament, living revocable trust, living will, health care appointment, power of attorney, HIPAA Medical Releases and funeral planning declarations. I also assist clients in planning for Medicaid assistance and preservation of assets for a stay at home spouse when the other spouse enters a nursing home.

I represent and counsel my client who have been pulled over for drinking while driving, including DUI (Driving Under the Influence) and OWI (Operating While Intoxicated), and vigorously defend my clients rights. I work hard to obtain a favorable plea agreement, considering potential jail time, loss of driving license privileges, community service, alcohol education.

I provide the necessary legal services to probate a will and appoint a personal representative (executor or executrix) and provide the necessary legal guidance to collect the decedent's assets, administer the estate, pay valid legal claims and distribute the estate the the beneficiaries if the decedent died testate (with a valid last will and testament) and heirs at law if the decedent died intestate. Many times probate can be avoided or simplified which will save a lot of money and court costs
