Licensed to practice in both Indiana and Kentucky, Abbey Fargen Riley represents clients including banks, credit unions, buyers and sellers in commercial and investment real estate transactions, commercial loan transactions, and other real estate, business and title matters. Abbey’s practice includes preparing and negotiating contracts including documentation for real estate sales and leases and other commercial transactions. Abbey also conducts many of the real estate closings and oversees issuance of title commitments and policies for our affiliated title company, AFP Title LLC. Abbey’s background includes representation of clients in civil litigation matters including real estate foreclosure and property boundary disputes, and working for a residential mortgage lending institution. Abbey earned both her B.A. in Political Science and her J.D. from the University of Louisville. Abbey is also an associate member of the Virginia State Bar.
