A woman accused her doctor of inappropriately touching her during a procedure. After her case went public, six other women came forward alleging sexual battery by the same doctor. The state filed a Wil ... liams Rule motion to allow the evidence of the other women to come into trial. During the Williams Rule Hearing we were able to demonstrate to the judge that the testimony should not come into evidence, and he agreed. The prosecutor later dropped all charges against our client.
