Started my bankruptcy journey with her in Jan 2015. Things got confused and didn't end up filing until August 2015. Paid her upfront in Jan 2015. My case was simple filed on two credit cards and one medical bill. Was to reaffirm my car and mortgage. In December 2015 my bankruptcy was closed and a...ll was good. Wrong! I check my credit report in Jan 2016 and tell her that my mortgage shows closed and was not reaffirmed. She gave me so many stories as to why that happened but never her fault. She tells me she was going to reopen the bankruptcy then reaffirm with mortgage and close it again. She told me that in June. Here we are in October and nothing. I am not getting credit for always paying my mortgage on time. She Even suggested at one point that I just fix it by taking my mortgage loan elsewhere. I didn't feel I should have to do that. Now she won't even take my calls anymore. Contacting the bar association about her. I agree with the other review too. Very hard to get a hold of never returns calls or emails. DO NOT WASTE your time and money. It was supposed to be a simple 3 month process that has turned into almost two years and is still not fixed!!!!!
