Del Weldon is a Partner at Pillar Law Group, LLP and focuses his practice on Trial Work and Litigation. He is experienced in Criminal Defense with an emphasis on OWI/DUI Defense, Personal Injury, and CHINS Defense. He is an experienced trial attorney, winning verdicts at jury trials and bench trials. In addition to his work as an attorney, Del also teaches Trial Advocacy at Chase College of Law and is a Professor at Ivy Tech College. He teaches Criminal Justice and Paralegal Studies. He focuses on teaching advocacy in legal research and writing as well as the Constitutional fundamentals of the justice system with his students.
Del graduated from Indiana University and the Kelley School of Business in 2002, and from Chase College of Law in 2008. He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International. Del is very active in the community and is a member of the Board of Directors for Melodic Connections. He is also a mentor in Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and works with the Key Club and Builders Club as part of his membership in Kiwanis International.
