Not Guilty after admitting negligence

OUTCOME: Not Guilty

Client charged with negligence as a result of vehicle accident. Worked with all parties at trial and agreed to admit negligence and defend the case on damages. Argued clearly and with authority that ... the plaintiff was submitting outrageous medical costs and expenses. Jury was so convinced that they came back with a FULL not guilty.
