Restriction of Mother's Parenting Time Denied

In a recent case, a father filed a Motion to Modify Parenting Time. in which he requested to reduce Mother's parenting time by 28%. I successfully argued that such a reduction would require proof of ... endangerment to the child, which Father was unable to do. Father was denied the 28% change in parenting time and granted a 7% change in parenting time. Mother was satisfied with this court ruling.
