I represented a residuary beneficiary of the estate who was uncomfortable with the information provided by the Executor of the estate and felt that the estate may have been mishandled. We filed a petit ... ion for an accounting and obtained additional information about the decedent including financial records and tax returns. Ultimately, in light of the information we had, we negotiated a settlement.
