My client had too much to drink and allowed an individual to drive his mother's car, while he was the front seat passenger. A 911 caller ID my clients car at the scene of shots fired. The police gave ... chase, and the operator of my client's car fled the scene and crashed the car. My client fled out the passenger side front door of the car, while police ordered him to stop at gun point. The operator also fled from the passenger side front door, as the drivers side door was damaged and could not be opened after the accident. The operator got away and was never found. My client was found hiding in a nearby yard. On the front seat where my client was seated was a loaded 9 millimeter hand gun, as well a a 9 Millimeter bullet was found on the drivers seat, which was the same make and model shell casing found at the scene of the shots fired found by the police.
