OUTCOME: Managed to get all beneficiaries to agree without moving to litigation. Son 2 got the vehicle and other siblings were compensated accordingly

Parents passed away with their property distributing equally amongst the children, however they could not agree on who owned an antique vehicle that was in the deceased parent's name, but left in Son 1 ... 's garage. Son 2 claimed parents wanted it to go to him, and Son 3 said it should be sold and distributed equally between the three of them. A disagreement approaching litigation was brewing as no one could agree on what to do.
