I took this case to trial and the jury a ... cquitted my client of all charges relating to receiving stolen property and based on this not guilty verdict I was able to get the District Attorney to dismiss felony charges of operating a chop shop against my client. My Client was able to keep his job and have a clean record.

At the Preliminary Hearing, the alleged victim had changed her story and I was able to negotiate a misdemeanor for time served and my client got out of custody that day.
