Mother, grandmother

Lindsay does not have a heart for kids at all. She recommended that my grandchildren be kept from their mother (who is a loving, caring nurse) . So now that this happened, my oldest grandson is a mess and has a hard time functioning in every day life and his mother needs to seek counseling for him as... he is a senior and doesn’t feel like he fits in any where. Lindsay, I hope the flirting you openly did with his dad was worth it to you to destroy these kids life. There is a God who saw it all and you will have to answer for this. It’s never a good idea to keep children from a loving mother. And our constitution says property must be divided equally, that should always be the recommendation but Lindsay went against what our founders put in place and my family has suffered greatly and continues to because of this. I give no stars but demerits aplenty

Your job should be done correctly whether you are hired privately or court appointed!

This so called attorney did not "defend" my daughter at all. She scared and intimidated her into pleading guilty to something she was not guilty of doing. She claimed the judge on the case "is an *"(her actual words) and would sentence her to a full year if she pled not guilty and lost. She simply d...id not want to do her job. My daughter called her office, sometimes daily, over the course of 4 months and not one time did she get a call back from Lindsay Ruby. She showed up over a half hour late to the first court appearance after she was assigned my daughters case. Mind you, she called my daughter the night before and told her to be there 10 mins early. She didn't bother to call and tell my daughter not to drive an hour and a half for an appointment with the prosecutor. She never had my daughter come to her office to discuss her case. My daughter showed up for her bench trial with nothing more than a 5 minute phone call from Ruby as my daughter was on her way there. An hour before her court appearance, to be exact. Does this sound like an attorney doing her job? We will be filing a complaint with the state displinary commission
