Punitive Damages on Property Claim

OUTCOME: At fault carrier paid limits on BI and PD.

A DUI driver caused a serious accident, where my clients medical bills exceeded the policy limits. My client did not have any uninsured motorist coverage to collect. I have settled the case with the at ... fault carrier's insurance company, for the limits of the bodily injury and property damage coverage.
