A defendant was wrongfully accused of fleeing and evading and speeding from a park ranger in a national forest. He found himself on trial in federal court to defend his good name. He had an iron clad a ... libi and the eye witness, the park ranger, could not recall details about the invidual, seen a month a a half later, that he claimed to have postively identified while a moving target for mere seconds. The jury returned a verdict of Not Guilty in less than one hour.
