Client was pulled over for going below the minimum posted speed limit and then charged with a DWI. After numerous discussions with the District Attorney's office and then filing omnibus motions, the Di ... strict Attorney agreed that there was a bad stop in this case. Client plead to one zero point traffic infraction and the rest was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.
