OUTCOME: Matter settled with a stipulation to discontinue, after payment was made reflecting the actual arrears.

My Client was served with a Marshal's Notice of eviction for unpaid rental arrears, that resulted from a default judgment. We filed an Order to Show Cause to prevent eviction, challenged the default ju ... dgment, and requested an order that more accurately represented the client's actual arrears.
