We successfully litigated a stop issue on a DWI case. The trial court dismissed the case because the cop lacked a legitimate reason to stop my client's car. The prosecutor appealed the decision to the ... Minnesota Court of Appeals. A panel of 3 judges affirmed the lower court's decision and we won. My client had her 2nd Degree Refusal and related charges dismissed. Her license revocation on her driving record was rescinded. And we were able to get her vehicle back as well. This was the home run we always strive for.
