Client was Charged with Murdering a Child
N/AOUTCOME: Using an expert psychiatrist, we represented that the client was not competent to stand trial. In this way the client was able to avoid a lifetime jail sentence. Instead the client was introduced to a treatment program and released shortly thereafter.
This client was alleged to have smothered their baby to death.
