Based on a "Richardson" (Discovery) violation by the State, the trial court sustained defense objection and subsequently ruled in favor of Defense Motion for Judgment of Acquitta ... l. The case (and the jury) were dismissed, and the client went home with all charges dropped. This case was court appointed to the 1st Chair Adam Dunn, and I joined on as 2nd Chair for the jury trial - Pro bono.
