I represented an Ecuadorian citizen in his E2 consular visa application and it was approved. After my client's arrival to the U.S. he hired me again to change his wife as the treaty investor and him as ... her E2 Dependent. I filed an I-129 before USCIS and complied with all the E-2 regulations.
