Troy is sensitive to the challenges of the elderly and their families. Long term health care is of particular concern and Troy provides thoughtful advice regarding various options, including government benefits. Troy Kiefer is a graduate of Valparaiso School of Law and has been admitted to practice law in Indiana. He received Bachelor degrees in both Sociology and Urban Planning from Ball State University. Troy is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Allen County Bar Association. He is accredited by the Veterans Administration and is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, WealthCouncil, and the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council. Troy is also a proud member of the Plymouth-Kilwinning Masonic Lodge.

Troy lives and works in Fort Wayne, Indiana with his wife Danielle. He has two daughters, Dana and Abigail. His constant companion is his dog, Jackson.
