Cody Richard Williams

Mr. Williams helped me out greatly with my case even when he wasn't on it. He let me know when I had a violation before my probation officer even told me about it and was willing to help me for great prices. He really cares and works hard for his clients which is outstanding with him being a very bu...sy man. I could always get a hold of him through texting/calling and he was always quick to respond as soon as he was available. He is cool down to earth dude and did outstanding with my case. Ide highly recommended him for anyone.

Lawyer Cody Williams did an outstanding job with my case knocking it down from a felony 6 to a misdemeanor A. We could call/text at anytime and he was gracious with payments and gave us time to get payments when we did not have it. I hired and came to the monetary price of 2000.00 USD. For a case of legal issues that needed legal counsel. This has been getting continued since March of 2018 I know this for certain since he was given almost all of my tax return which was hard to give away in the first place. There were better thi...ngs to spend it on first like my 5 children! But after reassureing me that this was the best course of action I felt some since that he knew what he was doing. So the first 8 months nothing happened except my case was continued 8 time's. During this time I repeated to him to answer questions I had about the discovery on my case and was never given a real answer then the last time Spoke to him was in November. This is when he left me in court by myself to explain to the court why my lawyer was not present with me!This happened again December this time he At least called but said he was in the hospital having some kind of emergency and promised to show up at the next court date that was continued for January. Of course as I suspected he falled to show in January this time he didn't have a car to get to court and that him and his Girlfriend were having domestic problem this is real what he was texting me as I am sitting in court by myself and without the legal counsel I had already paid for! Why was I not given the proper legal counsel that wealthy or not everyone has the right to have? After my case was continued again this time by the judge to find out what is going with my paid legal counsel I still was unable to get in contact with Cody. He did nothing for my case except get me the same deal the is the same typical plea the prosecutor gives to everyone. I know for a fact he didn't even look into my questions about discovery until almost 7months after the incident occurred because I had to tell him how to get to the clerk's office were the prosecutor had the discovery evidence. Why he called to get this first shows he's lack of care or concern about me and my case. He certainly pretended to care before I paid him in full. Now I have had to hire a new lawyer for my case and will be contacting the people who oversee the kinds of things that help keep the lawyers honest from ripping people off when they need to have someone on there side. Since you and I both know that you've done nothing for you to be paid for the total case on top of me having to pay more money to another attorney since you failed to finish this one and if for some reason you could have my trust and faith in you is gone.

Cody, Cody Yeah Cody. He Has an awful way of communicating & showing up. Paid him in full he was very consistent with asking for payments and money but when it was time to meet and or discuss case he never responded nor showed up to court. Went to numerous of places he’s supposed to work they informe...d me that he’d had been evicted. It’s sad bc people already going through tough times and u hire an attorney and he takes u through the wire.

We hired him and paid in full on 2/28/2018. Cody stop showing up in October 2018, first time said he had health issues (flu) then he never answered or call back and then has no showed every month since tried calling again today, just hoping for an answer before court tomorrow, nothing. I have all em...ail and text communication, and need to contact attorney general's office, after court tomorrow.
