        I work full time from my home office on Carroll Road, just west of Lima Road.  I meet clients by appointment, and am available most mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends - just call to set an appointment or to check if you can drop by immediately.  I have been at my home office now for over ten years, and find that clients appreciate the convenience and the easy parking, along with the informal atmosphere of the home office. I am also available to meet at your location at minimal charge, depending on the distance.

        The Indiana Courts have recently gone to an all-digital system of filing cases and pleadings, and it appears that there will be some short term issues during the transition.  Costs for the attorney will be increasing some, but once the system is runnig smoothly there should be some significant overall cost savings.  Getting everything up and running initially involves more paperwork, rather than less, to file a case, so be sure to discuss these issues with me if you anticipate filing new actions in the Indiana Court System.
