Alex Steven Schreiber

Alex is from Northeast Wisconsin and moved to Fort Wayne with his wife, Sarah, in August 2013, after graduating from Valparaiso University Law School and taking the Indiana Bar Exam.  He spent his first year in practice clerking for Judge Nancy E. Boyer and Judge Craig J. Bobay in the Allen Superior Court - Civil Division.  While working for the Court, Alex worked with his fellow clerks, local practitioners and judges in editing and drafting new rules for the Local Civil Rules of the Allen Circuit and Superior Courts, which were accepted and adopted effective January 1, 2015.

After his clerkship, Alex began working as an Associate Attorney with Theisen & Associates, LLC.  Alex primarily focused his practice in the areas of labor & employment (on behalf of employers in some cases and employees in others), personal injury, business litigation, and other general litigation matters.

In the Summer of 2018, Alex accepted a job offer to become the Associate General Counsel at Fort Wayne Metals Research Products Corp, advising the company on a variety of issues including Labor and Employment issues, contracts and outside litigation strategies, among other areas.

In his free time, he enjoys running, working out, spending time with his wife and their dog, Stanley, and enjoying all of the unique opportunities and experiences Fort Wayne has to offer. Alex and his wife Sarah are thankful to be part of such a great and welcoming community.
