After having issues with my previous attorney during my divorce/custody, Shine & Hardin was recommended to me by someone from the previous office. I spoke with Jake Venderley and from the first phone call to the final agreement he was absolutely wonderful. He accomplished more in 4 months than my pre...vious attorney had in over a year. Everyone that I encountered at the office was very kind and helpful. Jake was kind, empathetic, professional and very friendly and personable. Communication was absolutely amazing too. Always received a call or email back in a very timely manner. He was very upfront and never made any empty promises (like other attorneys). He explained everything in detail, made sure I understood everything that was being discussed and always made sure I was comfortable with everything and if I wasn't he worked to find a solution. If you need a fantastic attorney that will not intimidate you, will explain everything to you, lighten the mood, have open communication and get the job done Jake is definitely the guy! Highly recommend! Will absolutely go back to him if I ever need legal help again!
