David Arthur Singleton

David A. Singleton is an Associate Attorney with Blackburn & Green in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  David graduated with honors from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in History.  He then worked for the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration until attending Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2015.

While in law school, David served as the Assistant Chief Justice of Bylaws for the Moot Court Board and twice served on the school’s team for the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition on Trademark and Unfair Competition.  David obtained a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law and remained on the Dean’s List all six semesters, graduating in the top five-percent of his class.

Beyond his success in academics, David served outside the classroom as an extern for Justice Steven David of the Indiana Supreme Court.  Coupled with this experience, David developed a passion for helping individual clients while working as a law clerk for two Indianapolis firms.  He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Indiana as well as the United States Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana. David is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
