David Arthur Singleton

David A. Singleton is an attorney in the Fort Wayne office of Blackburn Romey. Originally from Warsaw, Indiana, David is a husband and father who earned his bachelor’s degree with honors through the Frederick M. Suppers Honors Program at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Before attending law school, he worked with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration.

David graduated with highest honors from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. His practice focuses on motion practice and oral arguments in trial and appellate courts. He has successfully briefed and argued cases on behalf of clients in Indiana trial courts, federal district courts, the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

David has been recognized multiple times as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and named a Top 40 Under 40 civil plaintiff attorney by the National Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, Allen County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
