Samuel J. Talarico Jr.

Attorney Sam Talarico Jr. has nearly twenty years of experience representing corporate clients, with an emphasis on corporate governance, acquisitions, private placements, and securities compliance, including the preparation of 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and proxy materials. He has served as lead counsel for a publicly traded company in a $100 million merger, as well as counsel for many multi-million asset and stock acquisitions.
