Patrick is a former land use planner and regularly represents clients with zoning and development issues. While representing primarily developers, Patrick will also represent opponents of certain large, complex development proposals such as wind farms and confined feeding operations. Areas of practice include commmercial and industrial development, single family residential development with a concentration on issues involving condominium development and organization. Patrick also represents the public entities involved in planning and zoning such as plan commissions, boards of zoning appeals and redevelopment commissions. He regularly handles commercial transactions and leasing for various clients. Patrick also represents a large number of neighborhood and condominium associations, including amending and updating restrictive covenants and condominium declarations.
