Logan Charles Stevens

Logan is an attorney with Carson LLP's business group. Logan primarily focuses on real estate matters, including the representation of buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions; preparation and negotiation of commercial and residential leases; preparation of restrictive covenants and creation of homeowners’ associations; facilitation of real estate development projects; and related matters such as licensing, zoning, permitting, and easements.

Logan also works alongside Carson’s business clients, assisting with a wide variety of management/governance, transactional, employment, and taxation matters, spanning numerous industries such construction, retail, aviation, medical, and automotive. Logan is also involved in Carson’s municipal law practice. He often assists with a wide assortment of legal issues impacting regional economic redevelopment entities, regional sewer districts, political subdivisions, and town and county government entities. From time to time, Logan also assists Carson’s family law team through his legal research and writing skills.

Originally from Goshen, Indiana, Logan attended Ball State University to obtain his undergraduate degree and Michigan State University College of Law for law school. During law school, Logan worked as a teaching assistant for legal research and writing classes. He also worked in the law school’s tax clinic, assisting low-income clients navigate their way through complex tax disputes with the IRS. Prior to and through law school, Logan enlisted and served in the US Air Force, with the 122nd Fighter Wing in Fort Wayne.

During his time in the Air National Guard, Logan gained a love for the Fort Wayne community and decided to make the cultural and economic center of northeastern Indiana his home. Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time exploring the area with his fiancé, Jaren, and his two dogs, Nyx and Nina.
